If you decide to submit your slides, here is the procedure:

1. Submit 12-20 images of available work. Image formats accepted for review include slides and high-quality digital images.

2. Any digital submissions should follow these guidelines: images should be JPEG or GIF file formats with a 72 dpi resolution and size no greater than 500 pixels in width and for landscape images no larger than 700 pixels in width. JPEG or GIF files should be clearly labeled and correspond to a separate image list.

3. Include a resume or bio in .doc file format. Please provide a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for the return of your materials.

4. Electronic portfolios or Web site links can be e-mailed to "57thStreetGallery@oilreflections.com". Web-site links should also include a resume or bio attached in .doc format.

6. Please remember that the review process takes from 6-8 weeks.

7. If your work is selected for further review, we will arrange an appointment with you to see the work in person.

8. All of our works are on consignment from the artist. We have short-term, renewable, non-exclusive contracts with many of our artists. Though our contracts are not exclusive, we do request right-of-first-refusal from our artists.
